Event policies
These apply to every registration, pass, booth, application and attendance — in person or virtual. Draft pending legal review.
Assumption of risk. I understand that attending or taking part in the Exchange Nations Summit, the Exchange Nations Awards, the Monday Marketplace, Hybrid Stage, virtual sessions and any related event, meeting or activity (together, the "Event") involves risks, including personal injury, illness, loss of or damage to property, travel disruption and financial loss. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
Release and waiver of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive and discharge Exchange Nations, Stock Raises, Global Financial Bridge, the Event organisers, sponsors, partners, exchanges, speakers, venues, contractors and each of their officers, employees, volunteers and agents (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liability, losses or damages arising from or related to the Event, including injury, illness, death, property loss, cancellation, rescheduling, technical failure, or any business, investment or listing outcome.
Indemnity. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from claims arising from my own conduct, or the conduct of anyone attending on my behalf.
No investment advice or guarantee. The Event provides introductions only. Nothing at the Event is an offer of securities, investment advice or a guarantee of any listing, meeting, investment or result.
Conduct, health and safety. I will follow venue rules, staff instructions, the Code of Conduct and applicable law. Organisers may refuse entry or remove anyone without refund for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
Media. I consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded at the Event and to the use of that material for Event promotion.
Governing law. This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of New York. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Nothing in it limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
All participants must act professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation or disruptive behaviour of any kind is not tolerated.
Organisers may remove any participant, without refund, who breaches this code, venue rules or the law.
Free places for verified qualified companies and free standard exchange booths are subject to verification and availability. Organisers may decline any application.
Paid registrations are non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled by the organisers, in which case a refund or credit will be offered. Passes may be transferred to a colleague with written notice.
Programme, speakers, times, venue and format may change. Organisers are not liable for changes, postponement or cancellation caused by events outside their reasonable control, including weather, security, public-health or government actions.
The Event is a meeting and networking forum. No securities are offered or sold at the Event. Any listing or investment follows each exchange's rules and applicable securities law, and is the sole decision of the parties involved.
Information you submit is used to run the Event, verify applications and arrange meetings. Company identities are only shared with exchanges you accept. We do not sell personal data. Contact the organisers to access or delete your information.
Sessions, the awards and parts of the marketplace may be photographed, filmed and streamed. By attending you consent to appearing in this material.
The Event is held during UN General Assembly week but is not affiliated with, endorsed by or organised by the United Nations.
